Through him, the law firm maintains a healthy relationship with several private and public entities. He is currently a Chairperson of the Minerals Ancillary Rights Commission, under the auspices of the Ministry of Mines and Energy as well as Craton Mining. He has served on numerous other boards, such as the internationally listed HRT Oil and Gas Company, being founding Chairperson Namibia Wildlife Resorts, Fishcor Board, Counselor and President of the Law Society of Namibia, Falcon Investments and Phincon Enterprises (Pty) Ltd.
She previously fulfilled the position of group legal advisor and company secretary in the Trustco Group, a dually listed (JSE and NSX) and diverse company where she gained extensive experience and knowledge of commercial and corporate law, including the drafting and vetting of and advising on contracts for acquisitions, share purchase agreements, credit agreements, loan agreements with local and international funders, disposal of stock and assets, insurance policy contracts and micro-lending agreements.
Her secretarial duties and obligations included the gatekeeping of corporate governance and compliance with various regulatory requirements including those of the Companies Act, JSE and NSX Listings Requirements, NAMFISA, Bank of Namibia, Namibia Qualifications Authority, CRAN, Ministry of Mines and Energy, Namibian Directorate of Civil Aviation, Namibia Competitions Commission, the Namibian Employment Equity Commission and others.
She focuses mainly on High Court Civil Litigation such contractual, delictual and matrimonial disputes. Labour disputes from Labour Commissioners Officer to Labour Court. She also does legal consultancies and legal opinions in all areas of law.
